Recapping the most STUNNING fall wedding day in Chicago this past October for Shannon + Ryan! We started off with the bride + bridesmaids getting ready in Chicagos Gold Coast, The Ambassador Chicago. I LOVED this getting ready location here in Chicago because of the gorgeous natural light the room allowed for and the opportunity for all of the women to get ready together in one large room. It was truly perfect! Shannon chose elegant black bridesmaids dresses for her girls, I loved the look of the black against the white in the hotel room! Once we finished with getting ready photos we hopped outside to photographer Shan + Ryan’s first look moment with beautiful Chicago brownstones in the background. It was simple and pretty and gave that city feeling to their photos. Once we were done with first look we hopped on the trolley and drove over to Adler Planetarium to take bridal party portraits! I could not get over how perfect weather it was for a fall day in Chicago. We made the most of every ounce of sunshine we had!! Once we got back to Bridgeport Art Center the wedding BEGAN! Ceremony in the stunning sculpture garden, so effortlessly beautiful with the exposed brick. Cocktail hour was so much fun bouncing around with the bride and groom and that energy brought us into dinner and dancing. It was such a perfect day over all and I could not have done it without this amazing vendor team!
